Owner Orientation is a two day program designed to help you maximize Hilton's extensive resources. From field-tested processes to local know-how, learn how Hilton assists you at every stage of designing, building and managing your unique property. This program also provides the opportunity to network with brand and Hilton corporate teams and other owners.

This Owner Orientation program is specifically for Focused Service (Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton and Tru by Hilton) and All Suites (Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton) brands.

The program begins at 8:00 am and ends at 1:00 pm the following day and includes:

  • General sessions focusing on the legacy, pride and power of Hilton, shared expectations of our partnership, our tools and resources which we call "the Hilton Performance Advantage".
  • Interactive brand-specific sessions on resources, culture and support.
  • Targeted workshops of your choice depending on your project type and interests.
  • An evening dinner reception to connect and collaborate with your peers and Hilton leaders.

Dress code for the event is business casual.
