Program Details:
The workshop runs 8:30am - 6:30pm on the first day and 8:30am - 1:00pm on the second day. The workshop features:
- Intensive content on the competitive landscape, the Lobby, sales resources, revenue maximization, guest loyalty and Quality Assurance.
- Breakout sessions covering brand culture, marketing, sales and support.
- A cocktail reception to cap off our first day together.
